It provides a solid roadmap for our business growth, which is exactly what we need at this stage.
The section on creating a solid referral pathway particularly grabbed my attention, given that growth is an immediate priority, and it acknowledges the importance of having foundational capabilities in place. I found this section especially insightful, as it highlights prospective client identification and sourcing, a key aspect of ensuring we have a comprehensive list of where to target prospective NDIS participants.
